registration procedures

I would like to just confirm the correct procedure for registrations for the forthcoming season.

1. If players were registered with your club last season all that is required to be sent is last seasons ID card along with a new card, which are downloaded from Prawn Sandwich, and a current photo.

2. If a player is new to your club but was previously registered for a club within our league please endeavour to obtain his old card from the previous club and submit that with a new registration form along with a new ID card and 2 current photos. DO NOT enter his details as a new player on the Prawn Sandwich system. If you have his old card in your possession then you use the import tab on the “add new player” section on your club page. If you do not have this information then please email the Registration Secretary (andrea-registrations@hotmail.co.uk) who will sanction the move with the previous club.

It is very important you do not duplicate the players on the system. They are given a unique number when they are first entered onto the system and it is important only this number is used all the time they are registered within our league.

A new registration form is required to confirm you have checked a date of birth documentation. DO NOT RELY ON SOMEONE ELSE TO HAVE DONE THIS.

3 For all new players to your club who have never played within the Arun & Chichester Youth Football League a new registration form and ID card along with 2 current photos is required. Full details must then be added onto Prawn Sandwich before being sent.

4 All ID cards are to be printed direct from Prawn Sandwich. Select players then ID cards. You then highlight and add the players you wish to print ID cards for, then push “generate”. The screen will display all the players you have chosen. If you are happy with your selection, print. Four ID cards will print to a page. Stick on the photos then PLEASE CUT THESE OUT before sending. Please remember you may only have to deal with 150 of these, the Registration Secretary is dealing with almost 5,000.

5 A stamped addressed envelope must be included with all registrations for their return. Please remember to allow sufficient postage not only for the new registrations but also for the old ID cards as well.
