To all Sussex County Football League Clubs,
One of our Hangleton Rangers youth team coaches is travelling to Botswana in September / October to do some voluntary work with three orphanages from SOS Children's Villages.
The project encourages individuals to give up a week or two of their working lives in order to volunteer on our project and assist a small community in developing resources for its orphanage. The charity we work with is SOS Children's Villages in Botswana.
The trip out to Botswana is to help these orphaned children have some quality time without restriction and also to benefit from the toys and gifts that have been so kindly donated.
John is collecting any old football kits or equipment (balls, pumps etc.) that he can take to Africa to use in training sessions / games with the children and donate to them to leave a long term benefit to the orphanages.
If you have any unwanted kits / equipment please call John Richards on 01273 774060 to arrange collection.
